Werner: The Curious Musical Instrument Calendar

Gregor Joseph Werner had the job at Eisenstadt before Haydn did, and if nothing else, this record shows how Count Esterhazy improved matters when he hired the new man. This Calendar is a reasonably glib and pleasant depiction of the passing seasons, but strictly of curiosity value today. Only excerpts are given, but they do run on.
