Jim Golby

Jim Golby is a senior fellow at the Clements Center for National Security at the University of Texas at Austin. He formerly served as a special adviser to Vice Presidents Joe Biden and Mike Pence, and as a defense policy adviser at the U.S. Mission to NATO.
