Harry Jaffe

Harry Jaffe is the president of SpotlightDC: Capital City Fund for Investigative Journalism and a co-author of Dream City: Race, Power, and the Decline of Washington, D.C. From 1990 to 2016, Jaffe was the national editor and a feature writer for Washingtonian magazine.
