Caitlin Doughty is a licensed mortician, the creator of the Ask a Mortician video series, and the author of Smoke Gets in Your Eyes: And Other Lessons From the Crematory. She founded the death-acceptance collective Order of the Good Death and co-founded the website Death Salon. She lives in Los Angeles.
