Christian Valenzuela lost his sight at the age of 12—now, he is a two-time Paralympic champion in the 5,000-meter race, winning Chile's first gold medal in 2012. This short documentary by Douglas Bernardt, Lucas Oliveira, and Filipe Zapelini, who make up the Brazil-based production team, Pudim, follows Valenzuela as he trains alongside his guide runner and examines where he draws his inspiration from. "The very first time I held the rope and was able to run side-by-side with a person was a magical moment," Valenzuela says. "In that exact moment, I felt that maybe I had found the answer and the reason to move on."
