Senegal takes Guantanamo inmates: Two Libyans—Salem Abdu Salam Ghereby and Omar Khalif Mohammed Abu Baker Mahjour Umar—are being transferred to the west African country. The two Libyans were unanimously approved for transfer by six U.S. government departments and agencies.
