‘Pharma Bro’ unleashed: A grinning Martin Shkreli not only pleaded the Fifth Amendment and refused to testify before a House hearing on skyrocketing drug prices, he rubbed it in on Twitter. Here’s an example that’s typical:

Syria donor’s conference: The BBC is reporting that the conference in London has raised $10 billion for Syrian refugees. The goal, as we reported this morning, was $9 billion.
Top Gear news: Matt LeBlanc, who played Joey on Friends, will join the popular BBC show about cars. He joins Chris Evans, the British TV presenter, who was named host last year.
