This Just In: Active Shooter at an Oregon College

Here’s what we know:
An Oregon State Police spokesman tells CNN at least 10 people are dead and 20 wounded on the campus of Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. Another outlet says the death count is higher:
