A Correction

— In a paragraph of the Contributors’ Club the June issue, under the head of Teeth set on Edge, it was erroneously stated that “John Bright’s sister, with her Quaker husband, Frederic Lucas, became a Romanist.” A relative of the Bright family wishes to correct this statement by giving the information that the husband of John Bright’s sister referred to was Samuel Lucas, and that both she and her husband remained earnest members of the Society of Friends to the end of their lives.
